Today, Famitsu released a New Years card from developer Persona Atlus, which included information on 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim and more.

The map reveals that Vanillaware’s critically acclaimed game shipped over 300,000 copies within a year of release.

It is certainly a great achievement for such a niche production.

The post also mentioned that in addition to Shin Megami Tensei V and Project RE: Fantasy, which are in active development, Atlus is planning a commemorative project to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Persona series in 2021. This echoes previous mentions. Note that it is not clear whether this “project” is an actual game or some other type of plan, as the wording used in Japanese is vague and could indicate one or the other option.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is now available exclusively on PS4.
