Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson hit his elbow at the end of last week’s loss to the Colts, but he is set to play in the season finale on Sunday against the Titans.

The signalman was not listed on the week’s injury report.

“I expect him to play and help us win,” interim head coach Romeo Crennel said via Aaron Reiss of TheAthletic.com. “Yes 50 at halftime, maybe I bring it out.

It’s an unlikely scenario for a game Tennessee must win to win the AFC South.

Watson was a bright spot in an otherwise lousy season for Houston. He has recorded career highs in yards (4,458) and touchdowns (30). He is close to finishing with a high career completion percentage (70.1) and low interceptions (six). Watson also leads the league with 8.8 yards per attempt and 12.6 yards per completion.
