New Years Eve was a little different last night and crowds were banned from attending the annual celebration in Times Square in New York City. However, that didn’t stop the performers from dressing up like new and putting on an unforgettable show.
Jennifer Lopez wowed fans in a shimmering, bodycon Balmain jumpsuit to play on Dick Clark’s New Years Eve with Ryan Seacrest. Miley Cyrus also joined the party and showcased three very different outfits throughout her own performances.
Cyrus stunned in a shimmering feathered mini dress, which featured a low neckline. She teamed the dress with sheer tights and strappy platform sandals.
The “Midnight Sky” singer also rocked the leather from head to toe in a black bralette and tight pants, which were laced up either side.
And Cyrus wore a very patriotic look to perform his hit song “Party in the USA”
Sharing snaps from his performance on Instagram, Cyrus wrote: “It was my honor to play PARTY IN THE USA at the opening of @rockineve tonight after the year we lived. This song represents TRIUMPH (check the belt) 🇺🇸 🎉🎸 looking forward to 2021 I wish everyone a happy and safe celebration in New York! 2 more songs to come! “

Cyrus also performed “Edge of Midnight”, his collaboration with Stevie Nicks.
Earlier this year, Cyrus opened up about getting sober during an interview with Variety. She revealed, “It has been very important for me over the past year to live a sober lifestyle because I really wanted to polish my art. I had a really big voice surgery in November. [2019] … I was sober sober for six months. “
