The great upcoming game confirmed as exclusive

Xbox Series X has bought another great game exclusive, or more precisely another great game to come has been confirmed as an exclusive to Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Last July, developer GSC Game World finally revealed Stalker 2 during the Xbox Games Showcase. At the time, the game was being announced for PC and Xbox Series X / Xbox Series S, but it was unclear whether the game would be a console exclusive to the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. That said, it turns out it will.

On Twitter, a developer from GSC Game World confirmed that the game had just arrived on PC and Xbox Series X when asked by a fan questioning a PS5 version of the game. not know if this console exclusive is permanent or timed. Typically, third-party exclusives like this are timed rather than permanent, but as of yet, this exclusivity detail has not been fully confirmed.

Unfortunately, while the developer has provided concrete details on the platform, they haven’t provided any on a release date, which means the game still doesn’t have a release date. In fact, it currently doesn’t even have a publish window.

While the PS5 might not get Stalker 2, at least not at launch, it has its own big exclusives in the works and, by most measures, the best line of exclusive titles, which includes Western forbidden horizon, Final Fantasy 16, Ratchet & Clank: a break, and a new God of the war. Compared to some of these titles, Stalker 2 It might not seem like very substantial, but not only is the first game a cult classic, it’s a long-awaited sequel and more notable than many exclusives out of Xbox Game Studios.
