January 2021 free games for PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold
Sony and Microsoft have both announced the list of free games for January 2021 that will be available to PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
PlayStation Plus members will receive two PlayStation 4 titles, including the action-adventure game Shadow of the Tomb Raider and the action RPG Greedfall, Tuesday January 5. On the same day, PlayStation 5 owners with a PlayStation Plus subscription can play a terrifying supreme predator in the RPG on the high seas Maneater.
All games will be available until Monday February 1st. You can subscribe to PlayStation Plus through this link.
On Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S, face your childhood fears in Little nightmares, available from January 1 to January 31, and survive against a horde of zombies to get the scoop of a lifetime in Dead Rising, available from January 16 to February 15. For classic programming via backward compatibility, players can take on the world’s best fighters by The King of Fighters XIII, available from January 1 to January 15, and use new powers and melee combat in the suspenseful action title Breakdown, available from January 16 to January 31.
Xbox Live Gold members will have exclusive access to these games for a limited time as part of Games with Gold. You can also join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes all of these awesome perks, plus access to over 100 high-quality games with Xbox Game Pass.
