Katy Perry opened up about spreading hope and positivity in the face of adversity by taking a look behind the scenes of her recent campaign with Coca-Cola, which features her title Resilient.
Months after releasing a remix of the song with Tiësto and Spanish singer Aitana, the 36-year-old pop star called the collaboration “ awesome ” and unboxed the meaning of the uplifting and inclusive anthem.

Speaking of learning how to cope well in the face of trauma and tragedy, the Roar singer suggested verbalizing resilience until “ you actually become resilient. ”
“I have always believed that words have an ‘energy’. Start by telling yourself that you are #RESILIENT, and you might believe yourself, ”she wrote in her caption.
In the brief video, Perry rocked a bold red lipstick, which matched her hoodie and the background behind her as she held her beloved Poodle cup of tea.
Her glamorous makeup showcased her flawless complexion, bold eyebrows and long lashes on set.

The star also referred to the moment in her 2012 documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me when she shed tears before performing onstage after her marriage to Russell Brand ended.
