Mossimo Giannulli wants to end his prison term in the comfort of his own cradle … and he says it’s all due to the impact the pandemic has on his time behind bars.
Lori LoughlinHusband’s husband says he’s already spent 56 days in isolation at California’s FCI Lompoc following the prison’s COVID quarantine procedures, and he’s now asking a judge to let him spend the remainder of his 5-month sentence months in house arrest … according to new legal documents.
As we have reported … Mossimo surrendered on November 19 to serve his prison sentence for the university corruption scandal. He shaved his head for the occasion, making himself look harsher.
In the documents, obtained by TMZ, Mossimo claims his time in segregation makes his incarceration much more extreme than it should be and justifies an alternative option of house arrest.
He says being confined to a small cell 24/7, with just three 20-minute breaks a week, has detrimental mental, physical and emotional consequences.
Lori is already home after almost serving 2 months behind bars, and Mossimo claims he won’t bring COVID back with him if he’s out early – he says he’s tested negative at least 10 times.
