Apple will once again offer some of its customers a few more months of TV +. As of 2019, the company has offered a one-year free trial of the service with the purchase of a new device. When Apple first announced the promotion, it was due to expire on November 1, 2020 for early adopters. The first expansion took place in October when Apple pushed back the expiration date to February 2021.
With the news, first reported by 9to5Mac, those whose subscriptions were to expire between February and June can continue to use the service for free until July of this year. Apple will begin notifying eligible people via email in the coming weeks. If you took advantage of the promotion when Apple first offered it, and have not canceled your subscription at any time since, you will end your trial after receiving an additional nine months of free access.
