David Sutcliffe, a former star of the original reboot and Netflix of Gilmore girls, tweeted Monday that he hadn’t stormed the Capitol on Jan.6, but he would have liked it. “Rumors are circulating that I have ‘taken the capital by storm’. This is not true, although I would have been proud to share a cigarette with this great Patriot! the actor wrote on Twitter, citing a video in which a rioter claims to be smoking marijuana in the Capitol Rotunda. Sutcliffe has tweeted his support for President Donald Trump in the past.
