Candace Cameron Bure follows a wide range of people on social media.
She was forced to explain why after fans called her for following polarizing figures such as former President Donald Trump and former First Lady Melania Trump.
The 44-year-old “Fuller House” actress spoke about why she enjoys following people who have different views, experiences and perspectives.
“I’ve read several comments from people, and I think there are quite a few new followers, so thanks if you’re still here to follow me here,” Bure said on his Instagram Stories.

She said people seemed “disappointed” to know who she was following and “it’s always strange to me because I’m a very wide range of people – politically, in my industry and then personal friends and things. that I love.”

Bure also follows President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Conservative commentator Candace Owens, and many other actors and actresses in Hollywood.
“Follow-up does not mean approval,” she stressed. “A follow-up doesn’t mean I agree with everything they say and do. It just means I’m following a wide range of people to have a point of view. I want to know what’s going on in the world , I want to hear the different sides of I’m people in entertainment that I don’t necessarily agree with or behave in the same way, but I want to hear what our society, what culture is exuding. “

Bure said following various people on the left and right “didn’t” make his blood boil
“I don’t blame myself. So maybe it’s healthy for some of you not to follow people you don’t agree with. But I don’t mind – I do. just give perspective, ”she explained.
Bure previously told Fox News that she had no interest in speaking publicly about politics after spending nearly a year co-hosting “The View” from 2015 to 2016.
