Lori Loughlinthe husband of Mossimo Giannulli, was just arrested by a judge … who basically said his coronavirus worries weren’t enough to get him out of jail sooner.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, the judge explains exactly why Mossimo was turned down, and it basically boils down to this: He did not give enough compelling reasons to spend the remainder of his sentence in house arrest.
The judge says Mossimo’s complaints about having to be alone for the quarantine per se are not a good reason to release him. The court also writes … Mossimo should have seen a quarantine period coming from a kilometer away – because he went to jail in the heart of the pandemic.
The court says. Mossimo has been kicked back into the general population since filing … and says prisons are improving in dealing with COVID issues, so at this point it can be handled by BOP. The judge goes on to say the vaccine is on its way, which will further alleviate COVID concerns.
In the court’s opinion, Mossimo does not have a particularly increased risk of contracting the virus as is – so they see no extraordinary reason why he should be released sooner. Unless something changes, he will probably have to sit still until April – when his 5 month sentence is in place.
Remember, Mossimo called for the strict prison conditions of the COVID protocols were taking a tolI’m on him. His wife, Lori, is already out … she was given a short term of 2 months and was sent home in December.
