During an Instagram Live on Friday, the former Bachelorette said she has been “struggling” privately for some time, especially with anxiety, but is now ready to be more vulnerable with her fans.
“I think when you open up to share what you are going through, not as a victim, but as such, vulnerability, and more so as your human side, with your friends, with your family, with the public, with people as much as you want to share – mine happens to be a lot more public than most people – but I think when we share our struggles it gives people a chance to relate to and share their struggles ” Crawley said.
The reality TV star added that upon opening up, she heard from fans facing similar situations.

Crawley thanked the fans who shared their own stories with her and encouraged people to open up to their loved ones.
“Those who love you support you,” she says.
Not everyone was so supportive, however, with Crawley saying “you would be disgusted” with the messages she received after her season of the season. Bachelorette, who was interrupted when she chose Moss as her last suitor and he proposed.
Crawley said cruel messages combined with being the Bachelorette, pandemic and caring for her mother, who suffers from Alzheimer’s and dementia, meant she found herself struggling with anxiety and panic attacks.
“Now I’m getting to the point where I’m really trying to come back from that and turn around because it’s a dark place to be when you have a lot of things stacked on top of each other.”
However, in her Friday Live, Crawley said despite having a difficult time, that she tries to practice gratitude by “listing 10 things before I even open my eyes in the morning that I am thankful for.”
“My idea of love and being loved is having everything that we go through, all the things that we have experienced in life, whatever you want to call it, like baggage, experiences, trauma, whatever we go through, whatever we take with us, show it with him, ”she says.

Last week, Moss announced that he and Crawley had broken up.
