Penn State’s Tight Ends Coach Tyler bowen will join Urban MeyerJacksonville Jaguars staff have confirmed sources at Lions247. The Nittany Lions have managed to remodel their narrow end room under Bowen. Penn State signed four stars Strange Brenton from West Virginia in the class of 2019, then inked a pair of tight ends in Theo Johnson and Tyler warren in the next cycle. Johnson was the tight No.3 end of the 2020 class and the two performed like real freshmen. He coached the Maryland offensive line in 2017 before accepting the job with Penn State.
He was the interim offensive coordinator of Penn State in the Nittany Lions’ 53-39 win over Memphis at the 2019 Cotton Bowl. He added a co-offensive coordinator title after the 2019 season and was the offensive recruiting coordinator of the program.
Bowen played three seasons under Franklin as an offensive lineman in Maryland.
