Miranda Lambert is recovering from a car accident.

The 37-year-old country star took to Instagram on Thursday to recount a spooky moment on the road with husband Brendan McLoughlin.

The “Bluebird” singer shared a handful of photos of a silver camper soaking in a sunset, as well as a photo of herself inside the camper van, her dogs napping together and a video of some of the damage suffered by the camper on a recent trip.

She recounted stopping in Greensboro, Ga. Near Lake Oconee and choosing to stay an extra night “because it was so beautiful.”

After an evening of making friends over dinner, the couple had an intense encounter on the road.

“Unfortunately, on the way back through Atlanta, a hole in a small car with temperature plates drove erratically and tried to squeeze between us and [a] semi-truck traveling 70 on I-20 W, “Lambert recalled.” It hit the draft on the passenger side and sent us into the left lane. We did the fishtail pretty well, but got down to the shoulder as quickly as possible to assess the damage. “

The singer also praised her beau for keeping the trailer “stable enough to have been swept to the side.”

“Thanks to @airstream_inc and @southland_rv, we will soon be fixed and back to our roaming ways,” Lambert concluded. “Anyway, overall it was an amazing trip and we learned that we have a lot to see and a lot to be thankful for.”
