Bethesda, the company behind Fallout: 76, is currently under investigation by a law firm based in Washington DC for refusing refunds to consumers after they get them. provided an "unplayable experience".

It seemed that Bethesda was going to give players a way out, when the proposed PC players will reimburse the game on November 22nd.

According to an article published by Games Industry, Bethesda is currently studying the law firm Migliaccio & Rathod for its return policy towards clients.
