Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake

The publisher Ubisoft and the developers Ubisoft Pune and Ubisoft Mumbai have deferred Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake from its previously announced March release date to an unannounced date. It will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store, Uplay).

This is the second deadline of the remake. It was originally scheduled to be released on January 21 before being postponed to March 18.

Here’s a message from the developers about the delay:

Hello Prince of Persia Fans!

Since the announcement Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake back in September, we saw a flurry of comments from you on this beloved franchise. It’s your passion and support that drives our development teams to create the best game possible. That said, we made the decision to move the version to Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake at a later date. This extra development time will allow our teams to deliver a fresh remake while staying true to the original.

We understand that the update might come as a surprise and we will continue to update you on the progress of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake. In the meantime, we would like to thank you for your continued support.
