After a week of waiting and deliberation, the Pistons found a business partner for Derrick Rose.

General manager Troy Weaver picked the Knicks, who agreed to send 23-year-old playmaker Dennis Smith Jr. and second-round pick Charlotte (who owns New York) to Detroit for Rose, said sources at The Athletic.
