NEW JERSEY – Gov. Phil Murphy has announced that three COVID-19 vaccination sites will close on Sunday due to the snowstorm that’s supposed to hit New Jersey.

Appointments scheduled for Sunday have been moved to dates for next week.

The other three sites will remain open.

Individual healthcare providers will contact by phone, email and / or text message to reschedule all Sunday appointments at closed mega-sites, Murphy said.

The immunization call center will remain open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to pre-register people, answer questions and schedule appointments for the first dose.

To reach the immunization call center, dial: 855-568-0545.

Murphy took action as a winter storm warning remained in effect Sunday in 16 counties for New Jersey’s second winter storm this week, taking Garden State up to 8 inches. Read more: NJ Weather: Latest snowfall estimates with the publication of a winter storm warning
