Some Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacies to start administering COVID-19 vaccine in Texas

HOUSTON – Pharmacies at select Walmart and Sam’s Club stores in Texas will soon begin administering the coronavirus vaccine.

The retailer said on Tuesday that stores will receive vaccine allowances from the federal government and that the focus will be on locations that reach customers with limited access to health services.

People can book appointments on the Walmart and Sam’s Club websites when doses are available.
