The article said that “there was not enough base energy from coal and nuclear to support the grid when the base energy is needed to stabilize the grid.”
Cain said Texas needs to consolidate its nuclear and coal power supply, in addition to other forms of power, rather than prioritizing Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal solutions.
