spotted the video, which was uploaded by YouTube user Revideo at the end of January only to be recently discovered by the internet in general this week. Revideo said it used an AI-powered program for scaling the video, to remaster the clip to 4K and RIFE (Flowframes) to smooth it out at 60 frames per second. We saw other people use similar software to update one and one before WWI. All things considered, it’s surprising that it took someone so long to apply the same treatment to “Never Gonna Give You Up”. After all, it’s just one of the internet’s favorite videos.
