Nolan Gould completely transformed his body during the pandemic.
The 22-year-old, best known for playing Luke Dunphy on “Modern Family,” revealed his extremely fit new physique during a photoshoot for People magazine.
“I spent six months basically on vacation,” Gould told the store. “But I feel like now is the time to make some sort of decision about where I want to go with my career, and one of the ways you can do that is to change my look and my state of mind. mind.”
Gould used his downtime during the lockdown to focus on his health and fitness.

“I have been working for an hour and a half every day with my friend Michael who is a personal trainer. We have a very cool and socially remote setup that has allowed me to get in shape while being safe. It was nice. Especially being unemployed in quarantine, having a reason to stand up and stay motivated. It has been a very healthy and positive thing for me in quarantine. It really changed my outlook on things, ”he revealed.
Gould continued, “I spread things out throughout the day. I do an hour of strength training each day, then 30 minutes of cardio and core throughout the day.”

To really see a transformation, the young star has completely reworked her diet by eating more lean protein and veg instead of making fun of pizza like a ‘teenager / bachelor’.

I feel more lucid and I wrote as much as possible, being in theater class, taking all the measures I can so when the pandemic is finally over, I hope that I will be ready to go to work ”, a- he explained.

Gould hopes his newfound strength and agility will enable him to do his own stunts in the future, and he would love to accomplish two major things to do list items: climb large rock faces in Yosemite Nation Park and hike the Pacific Crest Trail.
