“I spent six months basically on vacation,” Gould told the store. “But I feel like now is the time to make some sort of decision about where I want to go with my career, and one of the ways you can do that is to change my look and my state of mind. mind.”

“I have been working for an hour and a half every day with my friend Michael who is a personal trainer. We have a very cool and socially remote setup that has allowed me to get in shape while being safe. It was nice. Especially being unemployed in quarantine, having a reason to stand up and stay motivated. It has been a very healthy and positive thing for me in quarantine. It really changed my outlook on things, ”he revealed.

Gould continued, “I spread things out throughout the day. I do an hour of strength training each day, then 30 minutes of cardio and core throughout the day.”

Gould hopes his newfound strength and agility will enable him to do his own stunts in the future, and he would love to accomplish two major things to do list items: climb large rock faces in Yosemite Nation Park and hike the Pacific Crest Trail.
