Jerry Stackhouse kicks off John Calipari after UK Basketball win over Vandy

The Kentucky Wildcats claimed their second straight victory Wednesday night after an 82-78 victory over the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Vanderbilt coach Jerry Stackhouse hasn’t had much success in his two seasons at the helm of the Commodores. However, he seemed to let John Calipari really get to him on Wednesday night.

Due to the coronavirus, teams do not shake hands after games, although coaches still occasionally get together for a quick chat and a punch before heading to their locker rooms.

After the win, Coach Cal flashed the “peace” sign at Stackhouse, but it was obvious he didn’t have it with Cal.

Instead, Stackhouse chased Calipari and left the ground with an obvious look of anger, even with a mask on. Maybe he was mad at Cal, or maybe the North Carolina alumni really hate losing to Kentucky. Maybe he was just crazy that the refs didn’t help Vanderbilt enough in the dying minutes.

Since then, Stackhouse has been crushed by social media and many rightly point out that if Cal or Coach K did the same, they would be criticized by national media.

What do you think of Stackhouse’s actions after the game?
