The Disney Parks Twitter reported that there will be a preview of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration on Good Morning America tomorrow morning.
Included in the Tweet is a video featuring Walt Disney World guests and cast members on what to expect from a Disney celebration. In the video, a few glimpses of some 50th anniversary offers, some of which weren’t even announced before.
Cinderella’s Castle appears to have special anniversary decor, with blue turrets with gold detailing. The current construction in front of the castle and the moat dam are probably linked to these changes for the 50th.
Mickey and his friends will be wearing blue, gold and other whimsical colors for the celebration. The preview gives us even more details about these new costumes than what was revealed in November in a special collection of pins.
New nighttime lighting and / or projection shows have also been launched for the Tower of Terror, Tree of Life, and Earth Spacecraft.
