A new promo for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier gives fans a preview of Baron Zemo’s costume for the Marvel Studios / Disney + series.
A new promo for Disney + The falcon and the winter soldier gives fans a good look at Baron Zemo’s costume for the upcoming series.
The series sees Daniel Brühl reprise the role of Zemo from 2016 Captain America: Civil War, where he divided the Avengers. As the promo begins, Bucky Barnes says the world is “upside down right now,” which is followed by a scene of Sam Wilson asking where they start. In a later scene, viewers see Zemo don his purple mask saying that superheroes “cannot be allowed to exist.”
During Zemo’s quote, a close-up of his masked face appears, which is then followed by a glimpse of some of his costumes as he aims a gun. Towards the end of the promotion, the text “Honoring the Legacy” appears.
Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Sam Wilson / Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes / Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) team up on a global adventure that tests their abilities – and patience – in Marvel Studios’ The falcon and the winter soldier.
Directed by Kari Skogland, The falcon and the winter soldier stars Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily VanCamp, Wyatt Russell, Noah Mills, Carl Lumbly and Daniel Brühl. The series premieres March 19 on Disney +.
