(UPDATE, 1:23 p.m.) Officers at the scene said around 30 to 40 vehicles were involved. The highway will likely be closed for a few hours while Montana Highway Patrol soldiers investigate the crash.
No deaths have been reported, but there are serious and minor people.
(1st REPORT) Emergency crews are at the scene of a huge pile of vehicles along I-90 in Billings.
Montana Highway Patrol says Westbound I-90 is closed from I-94 Division near Johnson Lane.
The MHP is asking people to avoid the area between the 450 mile marker and the 455 mile marker.
At this point, it is not known whether there was any serious injury, or what triggered the stack.
