One person died after a shooting in a parking lot in Walmart, Douglasville police said.
Officers found the person shot dead in the parking lot on Thornton Road around 12:50. Sunday, the police said in a statement.
"The investigators are working to determine what led to the shooting," the statement said.
The police did not specify if anyone was in custody.
The Walmart is in the east of Dougasville, near I-20 and on the line between Douglas and Cobb counties.
