It was first Yakuza: Like a Dragon that gave PlayStation 5 players leveling issues, and now it’s Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time. While the latter issue doesn’t appear to be as widespread as the one that plagued Ichiban Kasuga’s quest to get to PS5, some bandicoot fans are currently unable to upgrade to the current version. Activision recognized the problem on Twitter, stating that it is “actively investigating” the matter.
We’re sure the issue will be resolved for everyone within the next 24 hours, but for some, the wait to play Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time at 60fps in 4K continues. In the meantime, there’s still the 8/10 Push Square review that you might have a read of, where we talk about the game’s PS5 implementation.
