Rob Gronkowski is not going anywhere.

The star agreed to a one-year, $ 10 million contract on Monday to stay with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to ESPN.

Gronkowski, 31, recently suggested he could quit the Buccaneers in NFL free agency.

“I really want to be back with the Buccaneers. This is where my sight is. This is where I lean, big time, ”Gronkowski said on the 10 Questions podcast with Kyle Brandt. “But with the free agency process, you never know what can happen. There are also other interested teams there. I’ve never been a part of the free will process either, so I really want to get down to it, just to see what’s out there.

The future Hall of Famer and quadruple champion came out of retirement before last season and has gradually improved throughout the year.

Gronkowski caught 45 passes for 623 yards and seven touchdowns in 2020 and added two receiving touchdowns in the Buccaneers’ Super Bowl win over the Chiefs.

Brady, who signed extra time with Tampa last week, is the only quarterback Gronkowski has played with as the two will now run back-to-back titles.
