The Rosebud Motel, which has appeared in every episode of the comedy classic Schitt Creek, hit the market. Its selling price is US $ 1.6 million.

The real building is actually called the Hockley Motel, located in Mono, Ontario, about 50 miles northwest of downtown Toronto. Before the fame and the sitcom, the structure served as housing for Canadian basketball rookies.

The motel was given a new lease of life in 2014 with the advent of Schitt Creek, and fans are still flocking to the site for selfies, thanks to the show’s second life on Netflix.
