Star wars Fans have long wondered who will reprise the role of young Luke Skywalker in the future Star wars movies and television. Sebastian Stan has been mentioned prominently as a potential candidate.
In a recent Hello america interview (see details at 2:50 am on video), the 38-year-old star Falcon and the Winter Soldier was suspicious. He said he wanted to make sure he had Hamill’s blessings before considering intervening.
“People wonder if you might be playing a young Luke Skywalker,” co-host Robin Roberts said to himself. “Even Mark Hamill, Luke Skywalker himself, tweeted his support.”
Stan came back quickly.
“Well, if Mark Hamill calls me personally to tell me that he feels inclined to share this role with me, then I’ll believe him,” he says. “Until then, I won’t believe it.”
