Brad Pitt does his own stunts on his upcoming movie Bullet Train.
The film’s second unit director and stunt coordinator Greg Rementer told Vulture the A-list actor, 57, ‘had done 95% of his physical stunts’ and ‘the fights’ ‘for the thriller, which co-stars Sandra Bullock, Joey King, Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz and Andrew Koji.
Rementer added: “ He’s like a born athlete. He really got into it!

Rementer said the film’s cast stepped up their play in the physically intimidating roles.
“ I have never done so many huge actors in a feature film where all of them excelled in the physical movement of our training, ” he told the outlet. ‘So Brad, Brian, Michael Shannon, Hiroyuki Sonada, Andrew Koji – who was already a stallion as far as where he came from with the show “Warrior” – all of these actors put out great action and did a lot of their [own] Things.’
The David Leitch-directed film, based on the book Maria Beetle by Japanese author Kotaro Isaka, takes a look at a group of trained killers aboard a Tokyo train.
Pitt is less than two years away from playing Cliff Booth Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood; Booth – a sidekick / stunt double for fading actor Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) in the film – was based on Burt Reynolds’ longtime stunt double, Hal Needham.

The character of Booth was a double sidekick / stuntman for fading actor Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) in the film, based in 1969.

The role of Booth has been one of Pitt’s most acclaimed performances, as he won an Oscar for his efforts in the film Quentin Tarantino.
With the win, Pitt beat a who’s who of Tinseltown icons he was nominated against, including Irishmen Al Pacino and Joe Pesci, Two Popes star Anthony Hopkins and A Beautiful Day in the Tom Hanks Quarter.
The Oscar ended a dry spell for the Hollywood mainstay who had sniffed his three previous acting nominations over the past 25 years: for Best Supporting Actor for Twelve Monkeys of 1995; for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for The Curious Benjamin Button in 2008; and for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for Moneyball in 2011.
