Originally dismissed as a Breath of the wild clone, Genshin impact has since captured a devoted fan base with its open world RPG gameplay and character collection mechanics. It was first released on mobile, PC, and PS4 last September. It is already possible to play the game on PS5, thanks to the backward compatibility. The new version probably won’t be drastically different from the game already available on other platforms. But if you are a fan who has managed to buy a PS5, chances are you will happily accept an optimized version of the game.
