Bella Hadid and Irina Shayk paraded the runway in a virtual Mugler show this week, wearing peekaboo thong jeans with Lycra illusion panels.
The models kicked off the French fashion brand’s Spring / Summer 2021 season, a sultry presentation filmed upside down that hit YouTube on Wednesday. Hadid, 24, opened the show in a sheer bodysuit with a black fabric band in the form of censorship across the chest, as well as lightweight denim thong-type jeans with black panels.

Shayk, 35, followed in a black and white jacket and pants combo, strutting in the pants playfully.
True to her domineering aesthetic, Mugler’s Creative Director Casey Cadwallader sent other models to the runway in barely there partings, clingy bodysuits and nude dresses dazzled with crystals, one boldly worn by Hadid.
While imagining the fantasy of futuristic fashion, the designer said he was inspired by the hope for better days to come.
