Kate Middleton returned to Wimbledon today without Prince William for the final day of the tournament.

Wearing a pale pink belted dress by London designer Beulah and nude pumps, the Duchess of Cambridge watched the men’s final match with her father, Michael Middleton. Duchess Kate accessorized with flowers, wearing a beaded flower clutch and wearing a pink flowered face mask, which she removed while seated in the Royal Box.

Today was the Duchess of Cambridge’s second consecutive day at Wimbledon, having attended the women’s final alongside Prince William on Saturday. Duchess Kate wore a green Emilia Wickstead dress as she applauded in the stands. She also presented the trophy to Australian tennis player Ashleigh Barty after beating Karolina Pliskova of the Czech Republic.

The women’s final was Duchess Kate’s first public appearance since Kensington Palace announced on Monday that she was self-isolating after exposure to COVID-19. A spokesperson said at the time: “His Royal Highness has no symptoms, but follows all relevant government guidelines and self-isolates at home.”

Duchess Kate, avid tennis enthusiast and royal patron of the All Tennis Lawn and Racquet Club, returned to Wimbledon last week (July 2) after the 2020 tournament was canceled. She wore a polka dot skirt by Alessandra Rich with a white top and navy blazer as she watched a doubles match. She then explored the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum and helped prepare food in the field kitchens.
