Ahead of today’s Euro England-Italy final, EA released their official trailer for FIFA 22. The star of the cover this year will be PSG player Kylian MbappĂ© and the game will launch on October 1 of this year.
While there is no mention of a Nintendo Switch release in the main trailer, an official press release has confirmed that FIFA 22 on this particular system will be another Heritage Edition.
While no further details have been revealed at this point, the Legacy edition of the game means that it runs on the existing engine (designed for Switch), rather than the next-gen one and there likely won’t be no new modes or gameplay innovations.
These are basically just the latest kits and teams added to the game. On the plus side, it probably won’t cost that much. More details soon …
