The Welsh actress, 51, shared video footage of herself training on what appears to be a yacht on Sunday. The Oscar-winning actress wears a backless black swimsuit with a plunging neckline as she performs a series of stretches and planks while showing off her toned figure.

“Easy as Sunday morning,” Zeta-Jones, who shares two children with husband Michael Douglas, captioned the video, which many fans hailed as “goals.”
