If there is one event the timing of which seems inappropriate for the Royal Family, it is the unveiling of Princess Diana’s statue in Kensington Garden. As it turns out, it happened in the midst of all the Royal Family drama and William and Harry witnessed it… talking about an awkward public appearance. Even Harry and William haven’t eliminated their frustration with each other, leaving Kate Middleton as the go-between. After the explosive interview with Oprah, which revealed a lot about the family, it’s no surprise that this event was probably something no one was looking forward to. However, it appears Prince Charles tried to take advantage of the fact that Prince Harry was in London during this time, supposedly planning a secret dinner to recount the events of the past year. We have a feeling it was an awkward dinner.

Do Prince William and Kate Middleton have a bigger royal budget now that Harry and Meghan are gone?
A source told the Daily mail, “Charles had planned a one-on-one dinner with Harry on his son’s trip to Britain earlier this month.” We’re curious if this dinner was about telling Harry to stop all his public criticism of the Royal Family or if it was to really try to solve their problems. According to the same source, Charles “intended to return to London to discuss things with Harry, following the fallout from the explosive interview the Duke and his wife Meghan gave to Oprah Winfrey”. So the question is: did the dinner really take place?
Even if that didn’t happen, at least did Charles want to redeem himself somewhat? We hope that they can all resolve the issue and take action to advance their disagreements.
