Jackass’ dangerous stunt for shark week ends in bloody shark bite

As if Discovery Channel’s Shark Week wasn’t intense enough, this year the guys from Donkey decided to get into the shark infested fun. And after a few different stunts that only resulted in safe and sound results, they decided to literally “jump the shark”. Steve-O and Chris Pontius sent their friend Sean McInerney, aka Poopies, to do an impossible jump with nothing but sharks swimming underneath. And maybe you can guess what happened next.

After easily crossing a shark infested area, it was decided that McInerney would try to jump over the area on his wakeboard using a large ramp. Unfortunately, he had a bit of trouble sticking to the landing and was almost immediately bitten by a shark on his arm and hand after entering the water. Of course, given the nature of the stunts performed by the Donkey the crew, help was immediately on site. And Steve-O, who has suffered his fair share of horrific injuries over the years, including a shark bite to his hand, didn’t seem too worried.

“Was it just a bite in one place?” Steve-O asked. “And he doesn’t miss a thing?”

Ponce, however, had a somewhat darker and more realistic view of the waterfall.

“It’s a reminder that yeah, like, we’re pushing pretty hard. And that could happen, of course, ”Pontius said. “It’s either, like, everything is fine or it happens.” And I hope it’s still all is well, all is well. But then … you know, this time it’s not okay.

Viewers on Twitter didn’t seem overly concerned about Poopies’ welfare, and were more simply happy than the Donkey the guys were there to be part of shark week.

Fortunately, McInerny only suffered one hand injury from the shark bite, and when he showed up in an afterthought interview with a cast covering his forearm and hand, he had pretty much that Steve-O and his friends to blame. for what happened.

I knew there was a chance I would get bitten by a shark, but I didn’t think that would happen, ”said McInerney. When asked if he was mad at the shark that bit him, McInerney replied, “No, I don’t blame the sharks at all. I mean, I was in their living room, and it was dinner time.

Shark week the program is broadcast until July 18 on Discovery.
