A warrant has been issued against ex-Disney star Kyle Massey after he failed to appear in court to deal with felony allegations he sent pornographic material to a 13-year-old girl.

A Washington state judge signed a $ 100,000 warrant for the arrest of the Cory In The House actor after ignoring an indictment Monday morning in King County, according to TMZ.

At the end of last month Massey was charged with “one count of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes”.

The 29-year-old actor is known for playing Cory Baxter in That’s So Raven.

Massey missed another indictment last month, which has been postponed until today.

Massey’s attorney, Lee Hutton, said his legal team contacted the King County District Attorney’s Office.

Additionally, Hutton also says Massey has not been served and says they are “concerned about the false statements made in court.” Indeed, we will move forward to defend these allegations, but also to determine why due process was not followed. ‘

A representative for the King County District Attorney disputed the claim, telling TMZ: “Mr. Massey, nor any of his representatives, has filed anything on the court docket.

“It is possible that Mr. Massey’s lawyer is calling the wrong office. It should also be noted that Mr Massey had previously acknowledged the filing of the case in earlier news reports since the first arraignment date, which also included today’s new arraignment date. There is no misrepresentation here. Quite simply, Mr. Massey did not appear in court.

Last month, legal documents emerged revealing Massey was accused of sending sexually explicit content to the girl electronically, around December 2018 and January 2019.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Massey’s legal representatives for comment.

It comes just days after a report from The Daily Beast brought to light even more allegations against the actor in which several women came forward claiming Massey’s behavior was part of a predatory pattern.

The post spoke to several women who allege they communicated with Massey as a teenager in high school through various social media apps, including Snapchat and Instagram.

According to the Daily Beast, the post reviewed a Snapchat video that showed Massey filming herself in the mirror and nodding approval to a video of Aubrey Burrough tweeting.

Another woman, who chose to remain anonymous, told the outlet she allegedly shared a photo of a 15-year-old in a sports bra to Massey, who opened the photo but did not block the minor user and even continued to accept and open photos of the teenager and even replied to various messages.

The woman said: “She was so clearly underage that we would have sent her.”

Jennifer DeMattai claimed that she and other friends used to text Massey when they were only 15, and the actor, in response, called them all “hot women.”

In March, Massey was sued for $ 1.5 million for allegedly sending “numerous sexually explicit text messages, images and videos” via Snapchat, but the actor claimed he was extorted.

The original TMZ report adds that this most recent charge relates to the previous civil lawsuit.

In March, Massey vehemently denied the first round of allegations, calling the $ 1.5 million lawsuit against him on Friday a case of extortion.

Massey said in a statement through his attorney, Lee Hutton, at the time: “No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit material and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct.”

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the unidentified girl and her family met Massey at the age of four and kept in touch with the actor over the years as she began her own career in entertainment. .

She contacted him in late 2018 in hopes of auditioning for a role in the recently rebooted Raven’s Home.

The lawsuit also claims that Massey then suggested that she fly away and stay with him and his girlfriend in Los Angeles while she looked for a talent agent.

Days later, the child claimed Massey sent him a number of sexually explicit text messages, pictures and videos.

Supporting his extortion allegations, Massey argued that the accuser’s legal team demanded $ 1.5 million earlier this year and threatened to go public to destroy his career if he didn’t comply.

The actor said he rejected the request.

He asked fans, and the public in general, “not to jump so as not to jump to conclusions based on the allegations alone, but to reserve your judgment until the whole story is revealed, proving those allegations without foundation “.

Massey played Cory Baxter on the Disney Channel sitcom That’s So Raven from 2003-2007, and spinoff show, Cory In The House, as the main character from 2007-2008.

Her resume also includes Dancing With The Stars season 11 in 2010, and guest roles in The Practice, Gotham, Being Marie Jane and the voice of Jeremy on Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
