Sharon Osbourne looked worse for wear after it was confirmed that Jerry O’Connell would replace her on “The Talk”.
The former talk show co-host was seen driving with a no-makeup face and messy curly hair around Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon – which also happened when the audio for Elaine Welteroth allegedly told the British personality that she knew she was “not racist.”
The double whammy must have taken its toll on Osbourne as she looked brooding in her car.
Osbourne has not commented publicly on O’Connell’s hiring or the tape leak which appeared to show Welteroth consoling Osbourne after the explosive March 10 episode in which she defended her longtime friend Piers Morgan over his comments on Meghan Markle.

“I know you’re upset. It was terrible. I just hope you know when this ends and you know that Sheryl [Underwood] is your friend. She really is your friend, “Welteroth might have been heard saying in the audio.” She doesn’t think you are racist. I don’t think you are racist. No one who knows you wouldn’t say or think that. “
Later in the clip, the former “America’s Got Talent” judge suggested that CBS had “set me up”, saying, “They don’t care that I will now have to go around and [have] people think I am a racist. They don’t give like – t. They just want notes. That’s all.”

Osbourne, 68, ended up quitting the talk show and walking away with a salary of $ 10 million. O’Connell, who will be the first male co-host in the series’ history, spoke of his full-time hiring on Wednesday.
“Ladies, you have been so welcoming to me,” he told them on Wednesday. “I mean, I came here as a guest months ago, and just from the moment I walked in, you’re just gracious, you’re nice, you’re fun, and it worked.”
