Sharon Osbourne looks sullen as she is first seen since her racism scandal on The Talk was revealed to be “SET UP”

And Sharon Osbourne, 68, put on a brooding face as she was first seen in Los Angeles on Wednesday, after new tapes revealed the latest racism scandal on the talk show was reportedly set to square.
The outspoken TV personality was seen on a player as a recently unearthed audio recording obtained by DailyMail.com reveals that her co-host Elaine Welteroth said they “knew she wasn’t racist” at the the middle of the scandal earlier this year.

She looked dejected as she gazed into the distance with her messy dark locks, after it emerged that Jerry O’Connell would be her replacement on the show.
In the tape, her co-host Elaine, 34, can be heard consoling a distraught Sharon moments after the TV star’s animated confrontation with Sheryl Underwood.
Elaine apologized to her former co-star and reassured her that “no one thinks she is racist” during a conversation in Sharon’s dressing room after the explosive show on March 10.

She also tells Sharon that she thinks the co-hosts were “prepared,” revealing that CBS hosts initially wanted her to ask the question that started the whole firestorm.
The music director quit the daytime talk show in late March after a heated debate over her friend Piers Morgan who saw her fall out publicly with Underwood and his other The Talk co-stars.
The row began when Morgan left the UK talk show Good Morning Britain on March 9 after saying he didn’t believe Meghan Markle was suicidal following her explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.

When asked to comment on her remarks on The Talk the next day, Osbourne said that while she disagreed with Morgan, she supported her right to voice her controversial opinion on television.
Underwood pushed back harshly and accused Osbourne of downplaying Morgan’s comments and of giving “validation” to his “racist” views.
The incident sparked a wider conversation about race and an internal CBS investigation after Elaine allegedly complained of “a callous and hostile environment to race” on the show.
