“Dad, there was nothing great about this movie”

Matt Damon may be one of the world’s most famous actors, but the Oscar-winning actor’s four daughters appear to be in charge at home.

The family follows a rule that they are not separated for more than two weeks at a time. however, Still water was the first movie they “broke” the rule for, said Damon, who added, “it was really tough.” Still, he loves knowing that his kids see how passionate he is about his job.

“I like them to know that I love my job,” Damon said. “They know it takes time and a lot of work, and that it fills me up.”

Damon will avoid working again this fall so he can move his family to New York and prepare his children for new schools. Being a strong presence is important to him.

“Look, they’re growing up with a lot more stuff than their mom or I ever had,” Damon said. “So we’re keeping an eye on this.”

But as careful as he tries to be, Damon admitted that he worries his children about living a more privileged lifestyle.
