Gwen Stefani’s children signed as witnesses to marriage with Blake

Gwen Stefani had faithful witnesses sign his marriage to Blake Shelton … it was his own children who formalized the ceremony and signed the couple’s certificate.

Gwen and Blake marriage certificate, obtained by TMZ, shows some of what we already knew, the nuptials took place on Saturday July 3rd, at a little place called “Gwen’s Chapel” on Blake’s ranch in Mill Creek, OK … which is the sanctuary special he built for the big day, and where they said “yes”.

The witnesses who signed the doc … The two oldest of Gwen, 15 years old Kingston rossdale and 12 years old Zuma. His youngest, 7 years old Apollo, also participated in the ceremony … but does not appear on the papers.

There is also this … star colleague of ‘Voice’ Carson Dalythe name of is on the certificate because he presided over everything. Document says he is an ordained minister of Universal Life Church in Johnston County, OK

TMZ obtained the first photos of Gwen in her dress that day – with a hairy photobomb to boot – as well as a video of what appeared to be the couple’s first dance as a man and woman. Gwen confirmed that they were married a few days after the fact… with a nice shot.
