A man who spent days terrorized by a grizzly bear in the Alaskan wilderness was rescued by an “SOS” he scribbled on a cabin roof, authorities said.
The survivor, who has not been publicly identified, came to the attention of a Coast Guard helicopter flying from Kotzebue to Nome on Friday, the agency said in a statement.
