When the Chicago Bulls speak for the 2021 Summer League in Las Vegas, Patrick Williams will be with the team.

Likewise, 2020 second-round pick Marko Simonović, 2021 second-round pick Ayo Dosunmu and 2020 undrafted free agent Devon Dotson.

These were just four headliners on the list for the nine-day, 30-team show, which the Bulls announced on Wednesday morning.

The team’s coach will be the Bulls assistant coach and former Windy City Bulls head coach Damian Cotter.

Other notable names on the list include the 36th overall pick of 2020, Tyler Bey, a 6-foot-7 wing from Colorado, former Clippers and Wizards goaltender Jerome Robinson, former Hawks and Warriors big man. Omari Spellman, and Simi Shittu, who turned heads with his game during last year’s Bulls preseason.

But the eyes of Bulls fans will be the most obsessed with Williams. Last year’s overall pick No.4 had a promising but eventful rookie season and said in his exit interview with reporters that he looked forward to the chance to participate in the showcase.

“Last year I didn’t have the chance to play in the Summer League so I think it will be a very good experience for me,” Williams said in May. “I’m excited about this. This summer is going to be huge for me and this organization.”

It will also be interesting to watch the development of Simonović, who averaged 15.1 points and 9.1 rebounds for the Adriatic League’s KK Mega Bemax last year, and Dosunmu’s first foray into the NBA. Both are set to eventually sign with the Bulls for the 2021-22 season, and could very well be called upon to contribute.

The Summer League takes place this year from August 9 to 17. A reminder on the Bulls’ program:
