Chelsea and Inter Milan were ready for crucial talks today (Friday) regarding Romelu Lukaku’s transfer, and it looks like we’re ready to agree on a deal valued at € 115m (98m) million pounds sterling) as a result of them.

The word on € 115million on the table comes from Gianluca Di Marzio, who adds that Inter remain totally indifferent to doing anything other than a cash deal, and have reportedly rejected Chelsea’s ideas to include people like Marcos Alonso, Emerson, Tammy Abraham or, more recently, Davide Zappacosta.
Abraham could still get tangentially involved, if he ends up traveling to Atalanta to replace Duván Zapata, who is the main target for Inter to replace Lukaku – this assumes that Inter do not self-destruct in the process, which apparently is. doomsday scenario making his rounds in Nerazzurri circles.
Corriere della Sera adds: “Selling Lukaku is not the end: Lautaro, Barella, De Vrij from today, no one can be sure of wearing the Inter shirt next season. The chapter on player sales is not yet closed.
