Every time Foo Fighters plays a show in Kansas, the Westboro Baptist Church shows up to picket with hateful signs. And whenever they do, the Foo Fighters get into a van to troll right-wing fanatics.
In 2011, they got on and performed “Keep It Clean,” their country song parody about truckers bathing at rest areas. In 2015, they got on and got everyone rolling. And last night, they went to their show at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas in all their Dee Gees attire and gave the congregation their cover of “You Should Be Dancing” by the Bee Gees.
“Ladies and gentlemen, I have something to say. Because you know what? I like you! I do, ”Grohl told the crowd. “The way I see it, I love everyone. That’s what you’re supposed to do… I release all my love, and you shouldn’t hate me. You should be dancing!” Watch the performance below.
