As we get closer and closer to the last quarter of 2021, we know we’re going to see a slew of new product launches. The arrival of the iPhone 13 range is obviously the most anticipated, but we also expect the arrival of new iPads, Macs and even AirPods. And then there’s Apple Watch Series 7. And I think that’s the last one that should get most of us excited.
The first thing everyone looks at will always be the new iPhone, of course. It’s Apple’s big seller and it’s the product most people think of when they see that bitten Apple logo. And while there is an argument that they should think about the Mac first, in 2021 there is a case to be made for the Apple Watch refresh. Because unless Apple has something we haven’t heard of up its sleeve, the iPhone 13 isn’t going to be a huge upgrade.

Apple Watch Series 7, however. Now that’s where the fun could come from.
If previous reports are correct, 2021 could see the biggest change to Apple Watch in a long time. Rumors of a funky new green color are interesting, as are claims that we’ll see a “big deviation” from the current aesthetic. That’s according to leaker Jon Prosser – based on footage he’s apparently seen.
New renderings, based on leaked information, claim to show what this new laptop will look like. And this is a great start.
As the pictures show, the Apple Watch Series 7 looks set to do away with the curved sides we’ve seen since the arrival of the Apple Watch. They will be replaced with a square design, says Jon Prosser, giving the laptop a much more square look.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman also pointed out thinner bezels this time around, something that’s always a welcome change and a move that could make it the best Apple Watch ever on its own.
Now yes. I’m aware that the iPhone 13 apparently ushers in a world of high-refresh screens for iPhones and of course there will be camera changes. But it’s the new designs that rock the languages and in the form of Apple Watch Series 7, that’s what we’ve been told to expect.
And that’s why I think the Apple Watch Series 7 could be the big news for 2021. Not the iPhone 13.
Skyward Sword HD gives us hope for Breath of the Wild 2
Skyward Sword HD is a callback to all of the classic elements that defined the series before Breath of the Wild was released. While this may make Zelda fans nostalgic for older titles, it may do more for the highly anticipated Breath of the Wild 2.
Nintendo’s downtrend is not of concern
Nintendo recently released its financial data, which suggests downward trends across the board, but then why are they more successful than ever? A closer look at the data background reveals that Nintendo’s downtrend isn’t much of a loss at all.
