Psyonix’s four-wheeled soccer game Rocket League kicks off its fourth season this Wednesday, August 11, and the developer showcased its major additions – including the stunning Deadeye Canyon arena – ahead of its release.
Granted, there’s not much to report on the new arena just yet – although you can get a long distance preview below – but there are a few more details to share ahead of Season 4. On Wednesday’s launch, for example, Rocket League players will be able to enjoy expanded competitive tournaments, including Extra and 2v2, this last appearing in the Season 4 premiere limited-time modes: 2v2 Heatseeker.

There’s also a new car, Outlaw, which will be available as part of the Rocket League’s latest Premium 70+ Rocket Pass, and which is joined by No-Name Topper, Tanker Wheels, Amikoo Decal and Lava Boost cosmetics.
